ABOUT ME
My name is Corinne. I am a current senior at Tufts University and I study Political Science, Drama, and Education. I have created this blog as the final project for one of my classes, Education for Peace and Justice. Theatre has always been an incredibly important part of my life and, as a future educator, I intend to incorporate it in my teaching. I'm using this blog to explore what that means and to share my research with others. I hope you enjoy!
ABOUT THIS BLOG

Future Teacher
This blog is intended as a resource - a jumping off point - for educators and educational leaders interested in incorporating theatre in their classrooms and schools. I will ground my work in Freire's Pedagogy of the Oppressed and Boal's Theatre of the Oppressed to emphasize the power of theatre to liberate and empower young people. I will also highlight current initiatives in justice-oriented theatre and education programs.
